So the early strats on the first 4 bosses of ICC are up on Tankspot and they look pretty cool.  Though i'd link them up here so we can begin noodling about them.

For those that are familiar with the gunship battle.  here is a little bug that was discovered that makes tanking the enemy ship ez:

Funny story about gunship. I discovered a bug in how it's implemented last night that makes gearing trivial.

At least for alliance, there's an arch along the back of the horde ship. If you rocket pack up to that spot, Saurfang will run around to the edge and start climbing the arch to reach you. Since the pack has no cooldown, you can rocket pack back down before he reaches you, forcing him to run all the way back around to the bottom. Do this enough times and the stack drops off (it only took 2 or 3 jumps iirc).

So, potentially, once you have a sufficient threat lead you could just rocket-pack-kite him for the entire encounter, taking very little damage (as in, no melee at all). I assume they'll fix this soon, since it basically trivializes the encounter on the tanking end.

A better strat i've also red for the enemy ship, without relying on a bug strat that will likely be fixed, is to have two tanks on the boarding team and put them both close to our ship and then have the 2nd tank range taunt the general and tank him until the debuff wears off the 1st tank.  that way the boarding party doesn't have to keep jumping back and forth.

Saurfang trivialized by Disc Priests?

I came across an intresting thread on PlusHeal today. Apparently painting the raid with PW:S (or various other "absorb" spells) keeps ol' Saur from getting any blood points from Boiling Blood. This pretty much means that as long as we can get the adds off the tanks soon as they spawn, Saurfang will never be able to get enough points to cast MoB on anyone!
