So now that the merging of AM into KC is official we should revisit our guild ranks. We'd like keep it simple to start.  Its always easier to add layers of complexity later on if we feel that its beneficial.  So something simple like this is what we're going to start with:

1 - Noble (Founders)
2 - Governor (Raid Leaders)  - Those that take up a leadership role in our raid and guild.
3 - Lord (Raiders) - Those that are Ready/Geared/Proven capable for 25 man raiding
4 - Knight (Pre-Raider) - Those that are doing 5 and 10 mans. May or May not be gearing up for a raid spot.
5 - Squire (under lvl 80) - The rest...

Alts just fall into whatever category they apply.  Squire is the catch all, not sure we need to spend time in categorizing those below lvl 80.  Our focus is pretty much raiding now.  Simply put, Lord ranking will be those that are Geared and Qualified to attend our 25 man raids.  Being enchanted and gemmed properly and having appropriate level gear will play into this ranking (something like an imba score of over 400 or so).  To start we will have Chumimi, Zetla, & Stromgald as Governors.  So when you log in today you should see the new rankings in effect.  As always, you're feedback is welcome.  If you see something that needs to be added or theres a concern in these rankings please let us know.  Again, remember we are trying to keep it simple.
